Exchange Policy

General conditions
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via courier), Portuguese law establishes a period of 14 days for the consumer (commonly known as the reflection period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which he may return the article(s) without the need to indicate a reason. In cases of free Termination of Contract, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

Products with the order-to-order delivery type are not subject to exchanges or refunds since they are made to order after the customer's request, in accordance with the stipulations in paragraph 1 of article 4 of Decree-Law nº 24/2014 , of February 14th.

The products in the Outlet section are not subject to exchanges or refunds as they are covers from previous collections and/or covers with minor manufacturing dirt, which is why they are covers with greater discounts, such information being explicit in the description of such products, in accordance with with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 4 of Decree-Law nº 24/2014, of February 14th.
Capas & Capas accepts returns of new, complete products within the original order packaging. This package must not be damaged, altered or torn. Incomplete, damaged or used products are not accepted.
In the event that we receive returns that do not comply with the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will be proposed to send this return together with the next order. If the customer refuses and intends to retrieve the item, he will have to schedule a collection of the items at our facilities and bear the corresponding charges.

How does the return and exchange policy work?

Capas & Capas undertakes to analyze the articles within 5 working days from the delivery date of the order.

Keep an eye on your inbox and spam, we'll send you the analysis result by email along with the next steps.
  • For exchanges for items with higher values, we will send you an ATM reference for payment by email.
  • Exchanges for items with lower values, we will ask for the IBAN or provide a discount voucher.
The deadline for receiving the new order is 5 to 15 days after we receive the product in perfect condition .

  • In the event that there is a difference between the value of the returned product and the value of the new product to be sent, the deadline for shipping will begin after receiving the product in perfect condition and after confirming the payment of said difference.

Capas & Capas is not responsible for shipping costs, the cost of postage is the responsibility of the buyer and the return must be made through CTT and Registered Mail, and the customer must send the tracking number of the order by filling out the form.

Exchanges can be requested within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order by the customer.

After requesting the exchange, the customer has another 5 days to send the product through CTT and as Registered Mail, if you do not send it within 5 days, the order will be denied.

The customer will be properly guided on how to send the item.

  • order cancellation It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in pending status, which means that it has not yet been packed and has not left our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order, use the contact form. Returns of orders/products

    Returns of products will be made by the customer, who must use the CTT and Registered Mail to send us the return. You must complete the request form and follow the instructions indicated therein.

    product exchanges We only exchange products that are in their original condition. These products must be new, complete, with no signs of use and with the original packaging in good condition.

ATTENTION:
- Under no circumstances should the product be sent to our address without first having completed the form and sent us the Nº. follow-up to the email: suporte@capasecapas.pt
- Under no circumstances will exchanges of covers with signs of use and/or dirt be accepted.
- Returns must ALWAYS be made through from CTT and as Registered Mail. We are not responsible for the loss/misplacement of orders with unregistered shipping.
