Payment on Refund Policy

SEE HOW TO MAKE IT PAYMENT ON DELIVERY:

To be able to make a purchase and pay upon delivery (Contra Reimbursement) the following procedure must be followed:

- When making the purchase, when choosing the method of SHIPPING , you must choose the option AGAINST REIMBURSEMENT.

- After finalizing the purchase, it is necessary to send an email to the Customer Support Team - suporteaocliente@capasecapas.pt - and request the reference for payment of the amount of € 5.50EUR referring to the Postage and Fees charged by Carrier Correos Express , and such reference must be paid within 5 days.

- After making the payment for the reference, the proof must be sent to the Customer Support Team, which will already start preparing the order for shipment.

- The deadline for delivery of the order will only start after the proof of payment of the reference in the amount of € 5.50EUR has been sent.

• Only products with an express delivery time are contemplated with the form of delivery against reimbursement.

• Only mainland Portugal is contemplated with the form of delivery against reimbursement.

- The total amount of the order must be paid to the Courier of Carrier Correos Express upon receipt of the products.

- If you have any questions, our Customer Support Team is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00h to 18:00h.
